Open Pages, Numbers and Keynote files online, without a Mac

Someone sends you a .pages, .numbers or .key file and you are on Windows, Android, Linux or a Chromebook: there is no program to open it. The iWork File Viewer opens any Apple iWork document by turning it into a PDF you can read in the browser, download, print or forward, no Apple device and no software install needed.

Upload the file and the tool recognises which iWork app made it. A Pages document keeps its page layout, text, images, tables and footnotes; a Numbers spreadsheet is laid out table by table with the values as Numbers shows them, including formats and merged cells; a Keynote presentation becomes one page per slide at the slide's proportions. Files from every generation of the iWork format are accepted, from the '09 releases to the current macOS, iOS and iCloud versions, including documents that arrive as zipped folders. The text in the PDF stays selectable and searchable.

The conversion runs on our servers over a secure connection and the upload is deleted within 60 minutes. A password-protected file cannot be read until its owner removes the password in Pages, Numbers or Keynote. When you need to edit rather than read, the dedicated tools produce an editable file: Pages to Word, Numbers to Excel and Keynote to PowerPoint, with Numbers to CSV for raw data and Pages to Markdown for plain text.

How to use the iWork File Viewer tool
