Convert Apple Keynote to an editable PowerPoint presentation
Keynote exports to PowerPoint, but only if you have a Mac or an iPad at hand. Keynote to PowerPoint converts a .key file into a standard PPTX that opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides and any other presentation program on any device, with the slides fully editable.
Upload the .key file and each slide becomes a PowerPoint slide at the same size: titles, text boxes with their fonts and sizes, bullet lists, tables, shapes, images and backgrounds are placed where they were in Keynote, and speaker notes are kept when the file has them. Every generation of the Apple iWork format is accepted, from Keynote '05 and '09 decks to files saved by the newest Keynote on macOS, iOS or iCloud. Animations and transitions are not carried over, because the two programs describe them differently; the slides arrive as static layouts ready to be edited or re-animated. Fonts that only exist on Apple devices are substituted by the program that opens the result, so check titles set in such fonts once.
The conversion runs on our servers over a secure connection and the upload is deleted within 60 minutes. A password-protected presentation has to be unlocked in Keynote first. If the audience only needs to view the deck, Keynote to PDF keeps the exact look on every device, and Keynote to JPG turns each slide into an image.
