About ACE PDFMD
ACE PDFMD is a free-to-start toolkit of 110+ PDF, Markdown, JSON, and image tools: merge, split, compress, convert, edit, sign, OCR, and more. Simple page-organizing tools run entirely in your browser and never leave your device. Conversions and other advanced operations are processed on our servers using self-hosted, open-source tools (no third-party AI/cloud APIs), and every uploaded file is deleted within 60 minutes at the absolute latest, usually immediately after your result is ready.

What to include so we can help quickly
For a conversion or OCR problem, attach the input file (or a page of it that shows the problem), name the tool you used, and say what you expected to see. A screenshot of the result helps; a description of it does not, because most faults are in details a summary leaves out. For an account or billing question, use the email address you signed up or paid with, and quote the Lemon Squeezy order number from your receipt. Please do not send passwords: for a protected PDF, run Unlock PDF yourself first and send the unlocked copy.
How fast we reply
Support is read every working day. Billing and privacy requests are answered within two working days; conversion problems take longer when we need to reproduce them, and you will get a first reply telling you so. Files you attach to a support email are kept only while the problem is being worked on and are deleted when it is closed, exactly as uploads to the site are.
Privacy and data requests
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account and its data deleted. Files are never kept beyond 60 minutes, so a data request is about the account itself: your email address, your plan and the daily usage counters. Write to the address above with the subject line Privacy request; the Privacy Policy lists what is stored and for how long, and the Do Not Sell or Share section covers the choices you have.
Billing, refunds and cancellation
Pro is billed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so a receipt or card statement shows their name. You can cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your confirmation email and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy; if something went wrong with a payment, email us before opening a dispute with your bank, because a dispute freezes the account while it is investigated.
Reporting abuse or copyright problems
ACE PDFMD processes files its users upload and does not host or publish them; every upload is deleted within 60 minutes. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights or to distribute harmful content, write to the address above with Abuse report in the subject line and describe what you saw and when. We act on reports the same working day.
Suggestions and missing tools
Most tools on the site began as a request. If a format, a language or an option you need is missing, tell us what you were trying to do and with which kind of document; a sample file makes it far more likely we can build and test it properly. We also welcome corrections to the guides: if something we wrote is wrong or out of date, say so and we will fix it and credit you if you wish.
