Convert an Apple Pages document to PDF that opens anywhere

A .pages file opens perfectly on a Mac, iPad or iPhone, but on a Windows PC, an Android phone or in most email previews it is just an unknown attachment. Pages to PDF turns the document into a PDF that looks the same on every device, so a letter, report, CV or flyer written in Apple Pages reaches its reader exactly as you laid it out.

Upload the .pages file and the tool rebuilds the document page by page: headings and paragraph styles, page and column layout, images, tables, footnotes, headers and footers come through as they appear in Pages, and the text stays selectable and searchable rather than becoming a picture. Documents saved by every version of Pages are accepted, from Pages '09 to the current iCloud and macOS releases, including files that arrive as a zipped folder. Fonts are matched as closely as the document allows, and page breaks and margins carry over so the page count does not shift.

The conversion runs on our servers over a secure connection and the uploaded file is deleted within 60 minutes. Password-protected documents cannot be read; remove the password in Pages first and upload again. If you need the text to stay editable rather than fixed, Pages to Word produces a DOCX instead, and Pages to Markdown extracts the plain content.
