Render a Markdown file as PNG images, one per page

Sometimes you need to share a Markdown document with someone who has no Markdown viewer, or drop a formatted note into a slide deck or chat as a picture instead of plain text. Copy-pasting Markdown there usually leaves the raw hash signs and asterisks visible. This tool renders your document as PNG images instead, so what you see is what gets shared.

Paste your Markdown or upload a single md or markdown file. The tool lays it out the way a Markdown viewer would, with headings, lists and code blocks formatted, then splits the result into pages and saves each as its own PNG; a one-page document downloads as a single PNG, a longer one as a zip file holding one PNG per page. You choose the image resolution in dpi, 96, 144 or 200, with 144 selected by default; higher settings give crisper images at a larger file size, useful for printing or zooming in closely.

This suits quick sharing, embedding a note inside a presentation, or archiving a document as pictures rather than text. Skip it if the text needs to stay searchable or editable, since an image cannot be edited the way Markdown text can. Only one file is processed per run, on our servers over an encrypted connection, with the upload deleted within 60 minutes.
