Do you keep a copy of my files?

No. Client-side tools never upload your file at all. For server-processed tools, your file is written only to temporary storage and deleted immediately after your result is ready — at the absolute latest, within 60 minutes, even if you never download the result. See our Privacy Policy.

Is my data safe with ACE PDFMD?

Yes. All uploads use HTTPS. We never sell or share your files, never use them to train AI models, and card payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card details.

Do I need to sign up to use the tools?

No — anonymous visitors get 10 free tasks per day across the whole site. Signing up (free, no card) raises that to Unlimited. See Pricing.

Why was my request blocked / rate-limited?

Each tier (Anonymous/Free/Pro) has a daily task count and upload-size limit, shown with a clear reason and next step (sign up, upgrade, or try again tomorrow) whenever you hit one. This keeps the service fast and available for everyone. See Pricing for the exact numbers.

Can I convert scanned PDFs to editable documents?

Yes — use OCR PDF, Scan to PDF, or Scan to Markdown, which run Tesseract OCR to recognize text in scanned/image-only pages.

Any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge, on desktop or mobile.
